DESCRIPTION
Organic bulgur is a type of groats obtained from boiled, dried and crushed grains of hard durum wheat. Recommended as an addition to casseroles, salads, stuffing and as an ingredient of second courses.HOW TO PREPARE
- Pour the bulgur with lightly salted boiling water in a ratio of 1:2.5 (1 portion of groats for 2.5 servings of water), cook uncovered for about 7 minutes.
- Then remove from heat, cover and leave to swell.
