DESCRIPTION
Organic roasted buckwheat is most often used as an ingredient in dinners in combination with vegetables or stew and as an addition to soups, one-pot dishes and pates.
HOW TO PREPARE
Cook groats in salted water in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of groats for 2 portions of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes. Groats can also be prepared by pouring boiling water in a 1:1 ratio and leaving it covered for about 7 minutes.
