DESCRIPTION
Whole wheat semolina* (100 %) (*certified organic ingredient)
HOW TO PREPARE
Boil in the proportion of 1 or 2 heaped tablespoons of semolina per 250 ml of MILK or water (depending on the preferred consistency). Measure 250 ml of MILK, cast a little into a glass and mix with semolina. Boil the remaining MILK, pour the solution with semolina, stirring constantly, so that no lumps form. Cook 3-5 min. to thicken. Serve the finished dish with syrup or fruit mousse.
