DESCRIPTION
Organic corn porridge obtained from corn kernels. It is used to prepare the famous Italian polenta or Romanian mamalaga, which tastes both sweet, e.g. for breakfast with dried fruit, and savoury for main dishes. Porridge also serves as a thickener for soups and sauces, and after grinding into flour, pies, puddings, cakes are also prepared from it.
