DESCRIPTION
Grain coffee from SPELT is distinguished by a delicate nutty taste and a slight hint of bitterness.
HOW TO PREPARE
- Pour 3-4 tablespoons of coffee into 1 liter of boiling water.
- Boil 5-8 minutes.
- After juxtaposing with heat, drizzle with cold water for faster standing.
- Leave covered for a few minutes.
- Before serving, strain through a dense sieve.
- You can also brew coffee by pouring boiling water.
