DESCRIPTION
Organic brown flax seeds are widely used both in the kitchen and in cosmetics. Flaxseed is best absorbed after grinding, but we recommend grinding it just before consumption. Externally, you can use compresses, baths, masks prepared on the basis of decoction of flax.
