DESCRIPTION
Organic chickpea flour is obtained from ground chickpea grains. It is characterized by a slightly nutty aftertaste. It can be used alone or as an addition to other flours. We recommend for baking bread, pasta, and especially pancakes, called socca. It has strong binding properties, which is why it is also perfect for thickening soups and sauces.
