DESCRIPTION
Organic, Udon pasta made from 100% wheat. Delicious Japanese spaghetti noodles, great for European cuisine. Ideal for soups (e.g. miso), salads, wok dishes.
HOW TO PREPARE
Bring the water to a boil, add the pasta and cook for 10-11 minutes. Drain the udon noodles in a colander and rinse with cold water.
