Psyllium psyllium is an annual Mediterranean plant, the most valuable part of which are seeds. Due to the very high content of fiber, which plays a special role in regulating the functioning of the digestive tract, they are becoming more and more popular. Seeds can be consumed in the form of a drink, flooded with water, milk or fruit juice.
