INGREDIENTS
- 100% broccoli seeds (*certified organic ingredient)
HOW TO PREPARE
- We take a flat plate, line it with gauze or other water-absorbing material.
- We pour a single layer of seeds on the gauze and water it with water, preferably boiled and lukewarm.
- Water should be topped up so that the gauze is wet all the time.
- We place the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place.
- Depending on the species of germinated plant, sprouts appear after 2-4 days.
- For coarse seeds, e.g. peas, soybeans, chickpeas, etc. or seeds with shells, e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, sprouts are cut before consumption, and small seeds are used whole.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
- Store in a dry and cool place.
