INGREDIENTS
- Whole grain emmer wheat semolina* (100 %) (*certified organic ingredient)
HOW TO PREPARE
- Boil in the proportion of 1 or 2 heaped tablespoons of semolina per 250 ml of MILK or water (depending on the preferred consistency).
- Measure 250 ml of MILK, cast a little into a glass and mix with semolina.
- Boil the remaining MILK, pour the solution with semolina, stirring constantly, so that no lumps form.
- Cook 8-10 min. to thicken.
- Serve the finished dish with syrup or fruit mousse.
