DESCRIPTION
SPELT is an old variety of wheat. Spelt grains ripen in coarse shells, protecting them from pollution. SPELT can be ground to obtain wholemeal spelt flour, suitable for baking bread and cakes. Cooked and mixed spelt is a great base for cutlets and pastes.HOW TO PREPARE
Previously soaked for a few hours and rinsed spelt cook in fresh, salted water in a ratio of 1:3 (1 portion of SPELT for 3 portions of water) approx. 90 minutes.INGREDIENTS
