DESCRIPTION
Arborio organic rice originated in Italy. It is a unique variety of rice, characterized by a subtle nutty taste and unique aroma. It forms the basis of the traditional Italian dish risotto. Also perfect as an addition to meats, salads, exotic dishes and desserts.
HOW TO PREPARE
- Cook the rice in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of rice for 2 portions of water) over low heat covered for about 15 minutes. (Do not rinse rice).
