DESCRIPTION
Organic parboiled rice has been pre-heat-treated, so that it does not stick together or swell after cooking. The thermal action of steam preserves nutrients, significantly reduces cooking time, making the rice loose and fluffy. It is an excellent ingredient for main dishes, and also fits perfectly as an addition to salads, soups and eastern dishes.
HOW TO PREPARE
Pour rice into salted, boiling water in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of rice for 2 servings of water) and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
