DESCRIPTION
Organic spelt groats obtained from dehulled spelt grain. It has a mild taste, is extremely nutritious and gives a feeling of satiety for a long time. We recommend it as a base for a hot breakfast, lunch or dinner, sweet or savoury and for thickening soups and one-pot dishes.
HOW TO PREPARE
- Previously briefly soaked groats cook in salted water in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of groats for 2 portions of water) over low heat for about 25 minutes.
