RECOMMENDED INTAKE
- Adults: 10-15 ml (2-3 teaspoons) 3 times a day diluted with approx. 100 ml of water or other drink
- Children over 3 years of age: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 3 times a day diluted with 50 ml of water or with another cool drink.
